Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Fabrics: If your fabric is flawed or damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
  • Change of Mind or Other Reasons: You can return non-defective items within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account.

How to Return an Item

To return your fabric, mail it to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are issued a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges Policy

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at expressknitinc@gmail.com and send your fabric to:
